We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original, unworn, and unopened condition. For hygiene reasons, wigs and extensions that have been tried on cannot be returned. To preserve the quality of your WigNess hair, we recommend gentle washing with lukewarm water and sulfate-free shampoo, followed by a moisturizing conditioner. Air dry or use a hairdryer on a cool setting. Always detangle from the ends to the roots with a wide-tooth comb. Store your wig on a stand or in its satin bag to maintain its shape.
